About Game DEVIATOR
This spectacular Metroidvania game was developed by Gami Studio and published by SapStaR Games. Having become their first ever project, DEVIATOR merged all the best features of the genre in its skilfully drawn landscapes and sophisticated gameplay.
Gaining inspiration from other representatives of the genre, such as Hollow Knight and its diverse mods, the developers, however, changed the main concept of fighting, switching it more on the defence, than on the attack. This way, the game requires more tactic forming skills from you, turning the battles into the competitions of intellects.
How to Play DEVIATOR
There is a huge 2D universe ahead and you are only starting your adventure, so get used to all the abilities you already have and the peculiar fighting strategy, which may not be the easiest one. But once you comprehend the mere sense of it, your enemies will have no chance against you!
Your main weapon in the game is not really your sword or spells, but the ability to ricochet all the enemy’s strikes in the way they cause more damage to the foe than to you. The timing in this case is everything, so don’t hurry up and don’t spare too much time, but catch the ideal moment to repel the attack and completely destroy the opponent.
It will be even better, if you manage to create combos. The more successful deflections you perform, the more the scale in the corner of the screen is filling up. Once you see it full, it is time to use a special massive strike, which may eliminate lots of adversaries at the same time. Wait for the monsters to stack up in one place and release all the powers, killing them all in one go.
At the same time, DEVIATOR offers you a great deal of investigation. This multiverse is full of enigmas, hidden behind the closed passages and inside the complicated mazes. Find your way over the obstacles, which separate you from the most wonderful mysteries of the underground and acquire unique artefacts.

- 4. Enhance your character. During the long venture you have chosen to accomplish, you will gather valuable materials, either growing in the forests, hidden in the chests or extracted from the monsters. Stack up the goods and sell them to acquire desired upgrades.
- 5. Convert the energy into different forms. Apart from the new equipment, you are able to learn new techniques. Transform the force into various shapes, such as the darts or automatic clashes that may help you with the particular types of entities.
Travel across the vast lands
You were born among the darkness of the emptiness, knowing only how to fight and protect yourself. However, your mission is much more important than you have ever thought and that is why you were forced to enter the real world, where the dangers may catch you into a trap easily.
Try to survive in the violent multiverse of DEVIATOR, acquiring new knowledge straight from the experience. Your journey will begin in the green woods, where mostly tiny animals are living. But don’t be fooled with their sizes, as you are weak now and even a small creature is capable of smashing you.
The more your skills will grow in DEVIATOR, the more the locations will be challenging you. Proceed from the peaceful forest to the sombre gothic castles, where more disgusting and vicious beasts are hiding.
Besides, that is where you will find a set of riddles, too. Entertain yourself with the intricate puzzles and avoid the snares that can wait for you anywhere. Don’t forget to save your progress and you won’t have to repeat all the unimaginable efforts.
